We cannot be held responsible for mother nature, so your booking is subject to inclement weather conditions beyond our control. We will allow ample time to notify you should we need to reschedule for weather. MOTHER NATURE: *Rain alone does not constitute poor weather conditions. Your safety is our number one priority. If we will not go out, please understand it is solely for your protection. We cannot control the weather contrary to popular opinion. ASSUMPTION OF RISK: By booking this charter, you agree that there is an inherent risk being on the open water and on a boat. We will do our absolute best in keeping you safe, but we cannot control your actions should you take risks not assumed within the scope of our activity.
